National Account Director: Wholesale (FoodService & OCS)
Barnie’s CoffeeKitchen® is the “third wave” of coffee in Florida. In-store roasting, custom cup brewing, handcrafted latte art and great artisan food. We seek highly inspired individuals to join our team as we expand our wholesale network.The position is accountable for exceeding revenue goals based on an annual and 3-year plan.
This includes: developing and managing Barnie’s customer relationships with Regional and National OCS, Foodservice and Hospitality accounts and for setting the channel and each accounts’ overall strategy. Key responsibilities include comprehensive management of the sales cycle - prospecting, qualifying, securing appointments, developing proposals, overcoming client obstacles and closing productive deals. This position will work autonomously at times and also work directly with distributors and broker network to achieve yearly company revenue and margin goals.
Experience in the coffee Industry preferred particularly on a national account basis. A minimum of 5 years experience in Food Service, Hospitality or Office Coffee sales required at the National Account level.
Regional and national travel required. Good personal presentation, platform skills, strong analytical grasp of the business and related computer skills a must. A sales coordinator supports this position for added data mining and analysis and other duties that optimize the selling effort of this position.

Barnie’s CoffeeKitchen® is the “third wave” of coffee in Florida. In-store roasting, custom cup brewing, handcrafted latte art and great artisan food. We seek highly inspired Barista’s to join our team as we expand our network of 6 retail stores.
The candidate should possess 1-3 years of related barista experience and must be a knowledgeable coffee enthusiast. Demonstrated artisan coffee experience (competency in latte art, brewed to order coffee methods and tasting skills), contagious customer service and general excellence in all related food service operational skills an absolute must.
