Barnie’s CoffeeKitchen™ is the “third wave” of coffee in Florida.  In-store roasting, custom cup brewing, handcrafted latte art and great artisan food.  We seek highly inspired Barista’s to join our team as we expand our network of 6 retail stores.  

The candidate should possess 1-3 years of related barista experience and must be a knowledgeable coffee enthusiast.  Demonstrated artisan coffee experience (competency in latte art, brewed to order coffee methods and tasting skills), contagious customer service and general excellence in all related food service operational skills an absolute must.

Coffee Roaster/Knowledge Leader

Barnie’s CoffeeKitchen™ is the “third wave” of coffee in Florida.  In-store roasting facilities using a 5kg Diedrich roaster. The candidate should possess 2-3 years of coffee roasting and cupping experience. Must be coffee enthusiast and have ability to make the new coffee experience contagious to customers.

·        1 -2 years roasting experience

·        5 kg Diedrich roaster or equivalent

·        Roasting in a retail environment

·        Good coffee selling skills.

·        Cupping experience

·        Passion for coffee
