Honduran Santa Marta Pacamara - Limited Edition

Honduran Santa Marta Pacamara is brought to you from the outskirts of the famous Honduran National forest preserve: Pico Pijol. Pacamara is a hybrid between two distinct varietals: that Maragogipe and the Pacas. The Maragogipe is known for its distinctly large beans, while the Pacas is derived from the fruity, bourbon varietal. As a result, the Pacamara possesses a medium to full body with a variety of unique and complex characteristics. This coffee possesses a creamy, chocolate body with rich, sweet fruit notes and a smoky finish.
