How do I qualify to purchase Barnie's® Coffee at Wholesale Prices?
Your business must be an office, restaurant, deli, dessert shop or similar business that meets our criteria and you will be required to do the following:

  1. Fill out a formal credit application. You can obtain this document by emailing: customerservice@barniescoffee.com  
  2. You must have a valid IRS retail tax certificate ID. A copy of this document should be faxed to 407.854.6636 Attn: New Accounts
  3. When approved and set up as a wholesale account, you will receive an electronic wholesale order form to use to submit your orders directly to us by email, or fax if you prefer.   

What is the minimum Order Quantity to receive Wholesale Pricing?
The minimum order is $250.00 per order and $1000 annually. All orders must be for case quantities, no cases will be broken for wholesale. You can combine cases of different products to make up your minimums. For example, two (2) cases of Coffee Cooler, two (2) cases of 12oz Barnie's® Blend, one (1) case Decaf Columbian whole bean.

Does Barnie's® Coffee offer the equipment necessary to brew my coffee?
We do not supply equipment, but, we can refer you to one of our distributors who offer equipment programs that might work for you.

Can I buy cups and lids, etc. from Barnie's® Coffee?
Yes, you can purchase a variety of supply items from us at Wholesale Prices. These items are included on the Wholesale Price List.

Does Barnie's® Coffee offer a Corporate Gift Program?
Yes, you can make gift giving simple this year by choosing from a variety of quality products offered by Barnie's® Coffee.  A $400 minimum is required for a volume discount, and programs can be tailored to your needs, based to lead time and product availability.
